What you will be doing

As an Account Executive and product advisor with Seller Candy, you will be showing prospective clients our systems and advising them which best fits their needs. You will be the face of the company and should convey our company values and willingness to help and support at all times. While also:


  1. Prospect Engagement and Sales:                                                                                                                                                                         Welcome and engage prospects in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and preferences. Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information about features, benefits, and pricing to assist customers in making informed purchase decisions. Actively promote and upsell products or services to maximize sales opportunities.                                                              

  2. Customer Relationship Management:                                                                                                                                                                  Build and maintain positive relationships with prospects to foster loyalty and repeat business. Proactively follow up with prospects to provide additional information, promotions, or updates on products or services. Capture prospects' data and preferences to facilitate personalized interactions and future sales opportunities.                                                                                                                                   

  3. Product and Market Knowledge:                                                                                                                                                                           Stay updated on product features, specifications, and industry trends to communicate the value proposition to prospects effectively. Conduct research and stay informed about competitor offerings and pricing to maintain a competitive edge. Attend training sessions and sales meetings to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.                                                                                                   

  4. Team Collaboration:                                                                                                                                                                                               Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to achieve sales goals and deliver a seamless customer experience. Share best practices, sales techniques, and customer insights with colleagues to enhance overall team performance. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and a customer-centric culture.
