To accomplish our vision we remove the daily friction experienced by e-commerce entrepreneurs by handling their Amazon account issues and support cases with agency level expertise and best practices in a fun and collaborative environment. 


What you will do


As a Quality Assurance Associate you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products or services meet established quality standards. Your responsibilities include:


  • Identifies and sets appropriate quality standards and parameters for our services.
  • Coordinates service testing processes.
  • Participates in quality testing.
  • Identifies and analyzes issues, bugs, defects, and other problems of our services; recommends and facilitates solutions to these issues
  • Communicate audit results and feedback to team members regularly.
  • Reviews client, customer, and user feedback.
Daily Tasks: 
  • Do anything at any time to ensure the success of the company
  • Produce  random 3 audits (Delivery) per agent week (28 active agents) and 1 random RR audit per week
  • Prepare end of day report 
  • Provide Daily Feedback to Team Leads for audit evaluations 
  • Update Quality Scorecards

Weekly Tasks: 
  • Analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Recognize top performers and provide additional support to underperforming agents 
  • Identify and document at least 5 opportunities to process improvement weekly. 


What you need

  • Strong computer skills to problem solve via the internet and communicate
  • Previous experience with Amazon, Lazada, or similar, is required
  • Previous experience in quality assurance
  • A heart felt, emotional connection to customer happiness
  • Extreme self motivation and problem solving skills
  • A natural aversion to letting problems be left unsolved
  • Attention to detail and with prompt reporting adherence to deadlines
  • More than 1 year working in eCommerce or technology industries
  • High level of English especially for reading
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
